  • Submit Your Design: Already have artwork? Great — send it over. Need help refining it? Our design team’s here to assist.
  • Confirm & Approve: Once we finalize the design, you’ll receive a digital proof and invoice. Upon your approval, production begins.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality print, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Preferred Formats: Send vector files (.ai, .eps) with text outlined. These are ideal for scalability and sharp results.
  • Acceptable Files: We accept high-resolution .pdf, .jpg, .png, and .tiff files (300+ dpi at actual size).
  • Software Compatibility: We use Adobe Creative Suite. If your file uses other software, contact us for compatibility checks.

Need Design Help?

 We offer professional design services including logo clean-up, layout help, and custom graphics — just ask for a quote.Turnaround Time & Rush Options

  • Standard Turnaround: Most orders ship in 4–7 business days after artwork approval and payment.
  • Rush Service: Need it faster? We offer rush options starting at a 25% fee for 4-day turnaround, and 100% for 1-day turnaround (when available). Let us know your deadline upfront.

Printing Capabilities & Notes

  • Print Anywhere: We can print on virtually any part of a garment — including collars, sleeves, and aprons.
  • Special Handling: Items needing extra care (like tagging or unpackaging) may involve additional charges — we’ll confirm before proceeding.
